KJ Dirt & Demo Rentals is a local family owned business. Offering local customers the opportunity to rent equipment needed to do outdoor projects and renovations themselves.
With competitive pricing to other big brands and stores, we want to help you get your projects and renovations done at a reasonable price.
Setting up your reservation is easy. Follow these steps!
Click on the shop page in the top right hand corner to see all equipment and bundled packages.
Click "Select your rental period" at the top of the equipment list to input your rental dates.
If rental dates are needed to be changed after initially being selected, please click your cart and change rental dates at the top.
Click the piece or equipment or bundle that you want and head over to the checkout page.
In the checkout page, please read over the terms and conditions as that includes our rental lease agreement. This will need to be signed before any rentals will take place.
Half day rental options with discounted daily rates are available by request. Please email kj@kjddr.com.
FAQ’s
Pickup is free at cost. If picking up equipment, you will need a truck and trailer that will satisfy the weight of the equipment. If you do not have a trailer, you will want to be sure to rent a trailer in addition to the equipment.
Delivery is available upon request and at an additional fee.
Within a 10 mile radius of Grantsville, UT fee of $35.
11-50 mile radius of Grantsville, UT fee of $100.

Please note: MINI Excavator must be rented with tilt deck trailer.
Customers are liable for all damages during rental period.
No rentals will take place without signature of Rental Lease Agreement prior to rental period.
NO BOULDERS or large pieces of concrete to be transported in dump trailers.
